As of November 9, 2022, we moved the 401(k) Savings and Retirement Plan from the P&A Group to a new service provider, Principal.
- Access Your Account (see instructions) – If you are a first-time user, create a username and password. If you have a current Principal account (personal or with another company), use that username and password and then select the Aleron 401(k) Savings and Retirement Plan.
- Set Your Customer Service Questions (Security Questions) – If you call Principal’s customer service number, their representative will ask you to answer one of these questions to confirm your identity.
