A benefit coach will walk you through the enrollment process. 
Both English and Spanish-speaking coaches are available.

Important notes when enrolling:

  • If using the Benefits Call Center, let the Benefit Coach know that you work for Aleron or SDI.
  • You may want your spouse/domestic partner present, as benefit choices impact your entire family.
  • Dependent social security numbers and dates of birth are REQUIRED in order to complete your enrollment due to the Affordable Care Act’s IRS reporting requirements. Please have this information available before calling the Benefits Call Center or self-enrolling.

Learn about your HSA Bank account the easy way with a series of webinars. They’ll share basics, helpful hints, important details and more, to teach you what you want — and need — to know about your account.

401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Updates

As of November 9, 2022, we moved the 401(k) Savings and Retirement Plan from the P&A Group to a new service provider, Principal.  

  • Access Your Account (see instructions) – If you are a first-time user, create a username and password. If you have a current Principal account (personal or with another company), use that username and password and then select the Aleron 401(k) Savings and Retirement Plan.
  • Set Your Customer Service Questions (Security Questions) – If you call Principal’s customer service number, their representative will ask you to answer one of these questions to confirm your identity.
  • Set Communication Preferences
  • Add or Review Beneficiary
Instructions on how to access your Principal account: Set up your account and stay on track with your retirement savings goals. 

If you cannot access your account, please call Principal at 800-547-7754.
